I had the pleasure of staying at The Artisan MGallery Istanbul recently, and while the hotel itself offers a wonderful blend of comfort, design, and location, what truly made my experience exceptional was the outstanding service provided by the duty manager, Mr. Bayram. There was a minor issue with the safe in my room, and to my surprise, Mr. Bayram handled it with such professionalism, kindness, and efficiency that I was genuinely taken aback. Not only did he resolve the issue immediately, but he went far beyond what was expected — he upgraded my room and graciously offered a complimentary breakfast as a gesture of goodwill. It was not just the resolution that impressed me, but the way he dealt with it — with immense politeness, empathy, and genuine care for guest satisfaction. In a world where good service is becoming increasingly rare, Mr. Bayram stood out as a true embodiment of hospitality. His approach was not just managerial but deeply human. I left the hotel with a sense of gratitude and admiration, and I am in awe of how effortlessly he turned a small inconvenience into a memorable act of generosity and warmth. If you’re considering a stay in Istanbul, I wholeheartedly recommend The Artisan MGallery — and if you’re lucky enough to meet Mr. Bayram during your visit, you’ll know you’re in excellent hands. I am so glad that i stayed here and will continue to stay here for whenever i visit Istanbul.

I booked one week in this well located hotel, it was overall a nice experience. Everything was clean, the staff was very friendly and the breakfast had a nice selection of different dishes and a big buffet with a beautiful atmosphere, having a beautiful view over the Bosporus.

Staff is helpful. For the house cleaning, only 1 time, it was not properly done. It depends on who is doing the house cleaning that day as house cleaning staff change every day.

Otelin konumu çok iyiydi. Beşiktaş Stadına yakın olması nedeniyle tercih ettik. Kahvaltısı yeterli ve iyiydi. Odada kulak temizleme çubuğu olmamış şaşırtıcıydı. Diş seti de yoktu. Ayrıca aynanın konumu iyi değildi. Makyaj vs için Tv yanında da bir ayna olması iyi olurdu. Personel güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi.
