I enjoyed it a lot. It’s in a great location with lots to do nearby. The imperial war museum is down the road and if you cross Lambeth bridge, parliament is there and so is Big Ben. It is easy to reach and the gym is good. The spa is relaxing. The rooms are very clean and the service is great.

Room is not equipped with the essentials..whe. we enter the room ..phone was not working...No water ..no slippers...no room service. If we need food then we need to take it from lobby...we have to bring water from the corridor...smell is bad.. Worst experience ....strongly don't recommend to go there... Final note ..some of the hotel staff are very unpolite and rood specially viccy at the reception with bad behaviour

This hotel is in a great area for walking along the riverfront with great views of the Thames, however it is non-descript and generic for Novotel. Room was descent size for London. Breakfast was well presented with lots of options, with gluten free available also. The bar was not cheap however this is London.

Just back from a 3 night stay at the North Lambeth road Novotel. Could not fault any aspect of our stay at all. All positive from start to finish. Staff were more than helpful, couldn't do enough for us. Room was fantastic, very modern, spacious and had everything you could need for a stay with family, coffee machine and pods, ironing board and iron, rituals toiletries and plenty of towels. Loved the modern touch of the opaque glass at the touch of a button in the bathroom!. For such a big hotel we never had to wait to be served for breakfast, or at the front desk. Very prompt and personal service considering the weekend it was (Easter). We had the gym and sauna to ourselves both mornings we used it. We had a nice quiet room on the fifth floor with no road noise at all. Minutes from all tourist locations like the London eye, Westminster and the London dungeons. Baker loo line 5 minutes walk away. Very handy for city airport via the Docklands light rail and the jubilee line. No hesitation recommending the hotel to anyone, families in particular

Great Stay

We have just returned from a 3 night trip to London , as first timers to the city. I booked this hotel via lastminute.com and feel like I won a watch with it. The hotel was spotless, and the reception/foyer smelt amazing. The rooms were spacious, as a family of 3 we had ample room with the king size bed and the sofa bed. The housekeeping daily was fabulous and our room was always left spotless. I had notified the hotel prior to our arrival that we were traveling a few days after my husbands birthday and they had left a sweet treat in our room which was a nice touch. The tea and coffee facilities in the room with the small under-counter fridge was ideal also. The shower gel/ hand wash in the room was Rituals , which was lovely. I loved the feature of the filtered water machine and used this to fill our water bottles etc. We used the bar area on our last evening for some hot drinks and some snacks to take to the room, I can’t fault the service we recieved and the prices didn’t too expensive especially for a hotel. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel which is great for links to the attractions and the buses run 24hours and are very frequent. My only thing would be no plug sockets beside the bed, there is usb sockets however my apple charger doesn’t have usb. And also our TV kept turning on randomly , even when the remote control was placed on the sideboard. This happened a few times overnight and the screen was a white screen for screen casting, so was bright enough to waken us. Not really sure the cause of this. But over all we had a fabulous trip and would definitely return to this hotel.
