Check in went smooth, Room seemed to be recently renewed and room was bigger than expected. Breakfast was varied and plenty. Had a good night sleep, as it was in airport area planes could be heard but it was easy to ignore. Pool was ok for a quick dip. Metro was 5 mins away to get to centre of lusbon

Beaucoup de choses n'étaient pas au niveau des attentes: piscine froide, espace fitness non disponible, espace jeu enfant peu fourni, beaucoup de bruit dû aux passages d'avions... Nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour tous ces extras (piscine, fitness et air de jeu enfant) et nous sommes déçus des prestations. La chambre et le personnel en revanche pas de problème.

The location is an asset, but what can be said about the hotel itself? A plane flies over the hotel every 10 minutes. Suffice it to say, if the hotel is poorly soundproofed, your stay will get off to a bad start and your nights won’t be restful. The room's soundproofing is virtually non-existent (road noise, planes, and hallway noise). On top of that, during the first night (before changing rooms—thank goodness), we were told the windows hadn’t yet been replaced. But how can you explain the same noisy atmosphere at the pool? Constant plane noise overhead and music so loud it feels like a holiday resort club, all while being next to a main road and a bypass. The vegetation and cleanliness are more than questionable. There’s no point in trying to relax—it’s a place to avoid! Honestly, you’ll just want to leave. The room was reasonably clean but outdated, and some features really need to be reviewed, such as the bathroom door, which offers little privacy and lets light through—very bad design. Housekeeping had to be requested on the third day, as no one had made up the room (and when they finally came, all they did was change the towels—no actual cleaning). On the first night, the noise was so bad that I slept terribly and woke up extremely early. I opted for breakfast (which wasn’t even offered for free at the front desk despite the awful night). And again, a confusing situation with payment—during check-in, you aren’t even asked to guarantee incidentals with a credit card? The solution they offered was to either pay immediately or pay at reception, and the amount for breakfast would be deducted 10 seconds later. It made no sense. The reception area is not well maintained (dirty carpet, stained couches/armchairs). During the booking, a late check-out was confirmed and paid for, but again, when we asked for confirmation at the front desk, they explained that it would depend on the day’s arrivals and nothing could be guaranteed—“we’ll see,” they said. Needless to say, our key cards were deactivated right on time for a regular check-out, and once again, we had to go back to reception. In short, this was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve had in all my stays as an Accor Club member. At check-out, there was zero empathy from the staff. Honestly, this hotel should be avoided at all costs (not to mention the ongoing facade renovation, which brought its own share of noise and scaffolding). La localisation est un atout, mais que dire de l'hôtel. Un avion passe au dessus de l'hôtel toutes les 10 minutes. Autant vous dire qu'un hôtel mal insonorisé dès le début du séjour et vos nuits ne seront pas aussi bonnes. Insonorisation de la chambre quasi nulle (bruits de la route, avions, et bruits de couloir). En plus de cette première nuit avant le changement de chambre (ouf) avec l'excuse que les fenêtres n'ont pas été changées, que dire de la même ambiance de bruit à la piscine (sous les avions et une musique si forte pour se croire dans un club de vacances avec les abords de la route et d'une rocade). Végétations et propreté plus que discutable, aucun intérêt à se prendre un moment de calme et de détente, à fuir ! Vraiment il y a de quoi vouloir partir. La chambre est propre sans plus et vieillissante, et certains aménagements seraient à revoir comme une porte de salle de bain avec peu de discrétion et une transparence de lumière, très mauvaise idée. L'entretien a du être réclamé le 3ème jour car personne n'a fait la chambre (autant vous dire que le passage du housekeeping c'est résumé au changement des serviettes, le nettoyage n'a pas été fait). 1ère nuit avec un tel bruit que vous dormez très mal et réveil très tôt, j'avais donc opté pour un petit déjeuner (même pas offert par la réception vu la nuit catastrophique). Et là encore un méli mélo de paiement car lors du check in on vous propose même pas de garantir les achats avec sa CB ? solution proposée payer directement ou alors payer à la réception le montant du petit déjeuner qui vous sera déduit 10 secondes plus tard, aucun sens. L'espace de réception n'est pas très bien entretenu (tapis sale, canapé/fauteuils tachés). Lors de la réservation un late check out a été validé et payé, et là pareil vous demandez confirmation à la réception qui vous explique que selon les arrivées du jour de départ on ne peut rien garantir, on verra bien ;) inutile de conclure que nos cartes ont bien été désactivées pour un départ normal et encore une fois il a fallu retourné à la réception. En quelques lignes mon expérience dans cet hôtel a été la pire de toutes mes réservations en tant que membre du club accor. Lors de la prise de départ aucune empathie du personnel. Vraiment cet hôtel est à fuir (et je n'oublies pas le ravalement en cours sur le bâtiment avec son lot de bruits, d'échafaudages).
