Best gym and personal training

I am a regular user of the gym, both personal training sessions and classes. I have been training with Jesus for 6 months and couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend this gym and spa, the best in the area. I have seen amazing changes in my body and how I feel. The staff are extremely kind and always helpful.

We have stayed at So Sotogrande several times and each time it just gets better! The service is fantastic from Mohammad and Álvaro in front of house.......the team at breakfast always work so hard and a special call out to Katy who always ensures we have a great experience - we know this as she consistently does this on every visit - all of the restuarants serve outstanding food from fresh fish or steak grilled to 5* top cuisine ( you need to book!) - there are several pools and kids areas which keeps a great balance for those wishing to have a more restful time or a Family break. We do not Golf but there is lots to do with the Spa and Bikes etc can be hired - only a short drive to the beach. This is a hotel where the staff truly want you to have a great time and Brice in the management team has been amazing in helping ensure this happens on our frequent visits. A minor point would be the introduction of mainly Four Poster Day beds in 2 of the 3 pools (with less individual seats and most facing the wrong direction in the afternoon for sun - would be our only feedback that no doubt the So Team will monitor) Overall this has been an exceptional visit again, for 3 days and we will be back later this year Thanks to everyone at SO Sotogrande ! Gracias !

My wife and I both had wonderful massages at the So Sotogrande Spa this afternoon. Receptionist Sara and team were super helpful and we both agreed that the massages from Nayara and Rocio were up there with the best we've had! Super experience and lovely to meet you all. See you again next visit

We had a wonderfully relaxing stay at So. The bed was enormous and very comfortable. Bathroom and bedroom were cleaned daily and very pretty. We had great meals at the restaurants on site, loving the Iberian ham, tapas and freshly grilled meats. 3x rounds on the Almenara golf course that was well maintained and enjoyable. Relaxing pool setting and a beautiful hotel. Would love to return!
