During our stay my wife L. had a fall in our suite. There was a glass coffee table in the lounge room and because it was made of clear glass it was difficult to see especially during the night. Unfortunately she caught her foot on the edge of the table and had a fall. She sustained a dislocated shoulder and badly broke her humerus bone in her upper arm. She was transported to Tweed Valley Hospital emergency for treatment. At the hospital her shoulder was re-located and her arm was placed in a Cuff sling . She will have to remain in this sling for at least 6 weeks and then possibly have to undergo extensive physiotherapy for sometime.

We usually love coming here and will be back again but this time we were disappointed in hotel room , we think it needs updating . Lights oldfashioned and dated and white blinds need cleaning and air conditioner .we usually say one bed spa suite and no problems and always enjoy our stay, we will book them again in future to enjoy our stayb

Room was ok, marks on wall, mould and discolouration all in shower. Asked reception for some water for our room and was told to drink water from the bathroom tap.

Good location and accomodation however it needs upgrading. Cold showers and unable to rectify to reasonable standard.
