Dear Victoria, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your recent two-night stay with us. I'm pleased to hear that you found our check-in staff pleasant and the room clean, though I’m sorry to learn of the challenges you experienced during your visit. I understand the frustration caused by the parking charge not being properly recorded – I appreciate you providing the screenshot to our team to assist with resolving that. I’ve also taken note of your comments regarding the room size and temperature – we’ll certainly review this to ensure our heating systems are operating efficiently. Regarding housekeeping, I’m sorry this wasn’t clearly explained. We’ll make sure our check-in process includes clearer communication around service options moving forward. Dear Allyson, Thank you for your recent stay and for sharing your detailed feedback. I’m glad to hear your room was ready on arrival and that you found it clean. However, I’m truly sorry for the disappointments you experienced during your stay, particularly regarding the room location, service expectations, and the interaction you had with our team. We understand that privacy is important, and I regret that the ground floor room didn’t meet your expectations in that regard. I also apologise for the inconvenience caused by the lack of clear communication around housekeeping. While some of our discounted rates do come with limited service, this should have been clearly explained at check-in, and our staff should have handled your enquiries with much more courtesy and professionalism. Please be assured this is not the experience we want any of our guests – especially our valued Accor members – to have. Your loyalty means a great deal to us, and I’m truly sorry we didn’t reflect that during your stay. I’ll be following up with our team to ensure we improve how we communicate rate inclusions and handle service requests moving forward.
