We enjoyed our experience at Peppers, although it was not "perfect". Here's a brief summary: The staff were all fantastic and really worked hard to make our stay enjoyable. The toilet cistern in our room was leaking (internally). It's a shame to waste such a large amount of water, and the noise was somewhat distracting. This could have easily been fixed prior to or during our stay. It's disappointing that your housekeeping staff don't report these things to management??? You have a "we are good for the environment" statement in your publicity - hypocritical? The bathroom really needs more internal lighting - the lights are mounted in the middle of the mirrors, so you are looking directly into the lights when shaving / applying make-up. We loved the restaurant and the food. The room size was great - we stayed 5 nights and we appreciated the larger room. We had no idea how to work the heater / aircon in the room. Whatever we set it to, the room temp stayed exactly the same (somewhat cold)?? I suspect the internal fan was not working - again, another matter for housekeeping to check and report on? One of the pillowcases had a stain on it - we did not use this pillow for obvious reasons. This stain would have been obvious to your housekeeping staff - we saw it as soon as we walked towards the bed. The location is great - a short walk to the shops / restaurants and a short walk to the lake. We appreciated the secure car parking in the neighbouring building and we didn't mind the very short walk to the carpark. Overall, we would stay here again.

Stayed 2 nights. Check in: Pleasant staff. Paid parking but was not recorded. Debited from bank, so provided screen shot to checkout staff member. Room very small and cold , took a while to heat up. Room clean. No room cleaning…not sure why. Maybe better explanation at check in. Parking on expensive side and a reasonable walk to parking station. Gardens and area hotel situated

Our room was ready when we arrived which was great. Unfortunately our room was on the ground level looking onto the street with regular passers by, not good. The room was clean however , only 1/2 a roll of toilet paper . The next day I asked for more and was told it would be delivered , I said I needed it now!!!! He went to the cupboard and handed me a roll . That day our room wasn’t made up . I was told I paid a 7 day cheap rate with no service for our room, and if I had read the email it would have stated that. I have searched the App and emails and nowhere can I find our room was not to be serviced. He was not very pleasant . Another lovely gentlemen delivered some clean towels for us. Why doi pay to be an Accor member ?

Your loyalty means a great deal to us, and I’m truly sorry we didn’t reflect that during your stay. I stayed for 5 nights. The location suited me well as work in very nearby. The whole process of check in and out was smooth. Rooms were well designed, decorated, and clean. Was a bit spoiled to come back each night to a clean room and freshly made bed. Very much appreciated. Restaurant was also very handy, great decor and style, nice food. All staff were very friendly and helpful.
