We visited GC on a work trip and stayed at the Mantra. The aircon was not working then but they communicated to us in advance of the issue and it was fine because of the pleasant weather then. We appreciate the communication. An issue though was the access cards being very faulty with both elevator and room door. I made multiple trips from my floor to the reception to fix this. Because we were in a hurry they gave us a new room that wasn't cleaned properly (tidy but a lot of dust). Otherwise a good stay and the location and views from the room are excellent
