Good location, right next to the Hyde Park and metro station. Super easy to walk around in the CBD but reasonably quiet at night. The espresso machine in the room is tricky to use but capsules are with good quality. Mattress is super good, neither too soft nor too hard. It is just prefect for us to sleep in. But sad that my room locates at the ground floor.

We recently booked a family trip with our two girls - the hotel had a deal on for families - 50% off second room and kids eat free. Upon arrival they advised there was no interconnecting room. There was no communication prior to check in. They eventually found a connecting room - which was great. Each morning they advised us we hadn’t paid for breakfast - we had paid $160 for 2 people for our 2 night visit - but they advised they couldn’t see it on the system. The staff in the restaurant downstairs were nice however the food arrived warm to cold. As did breakfast - despite not many people on the restaurant. Maybe teething issues as it was new. The rooms were clean but so noisy - cars heard all night - even with ear plugs. The linen was a low thread count and did not feel luxurious. Great location, clean rooms - but lack of communication and disorganisation of staff made it a frustrating trip with kids.

Everything about the quality of the rooms and hotel are perfect. Modern flair, taste and design are all handcrafted to deliver a tranquil and relaxing stay. The rooms ooze coziness and relaxation. The bed felt like we were floating in a cloud. All the features of the room circuited to a tablet so anything you need was a touch a way. Return to this hotel is a must.
