The hotel is situated close to the airport, about a 10 minute bus ride. The bus is easy to find at the airport and it stop directly outside the hotel, reception. The hotel is clean, plenty of staff, who were all friendly and helpful.

We recently stayed at the Novotel Stansted for the parking and early flight to Edinburgh. Very comfortable room, we ate in the restaurant, served by Matt, Tom and Harry who were all excellent and attentive. Food was good and served fairly quickly. We’d definitely stay again.

Great hotel. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast cooked by Rafal. Friendly man. Nice reception when we arrived. Breakfast was one of the best we have had in a hotel. Wide selection and perfectly cooked. Room was very spacious and well equipped. Comfy bed and large walk in shower in bathroom. Very close to airport. Shuttle provided every 30 minutes. Will definitely stay here again when flying from Stansted.

All I can say is I was really impressed with this hotel from the friendly welcome at reception which included colouring packs for our kids to the friendly staff for dinner. Thank you to Zara, dimi and Olivia for being excellent whilst eating dinner and being lovely with our children. Our room was ideal for the 4 of us and the bus service to the airport was easy to follow. We would definatly come back in the future. Thank you

Excellent restaurant and bar staff! Quite attentive and kind. Thanks Kyra-lea, Harry & Tom for your service and keen attention. Rooms could be cleaner though. And need better signposting towards the lifts in the corridors. Those corridors on the third floor can be a maze!
