- Raffles Warsaw exceeded expectation - Location outstanding, service was very good, hotel is of excellent quality - In room dining team is excellent; they know exactly what they are doing. Adrian, Igor, Mykhailo and Patrick deserve top recognition for going above and beyond, and the superb attention to detail. - Housekeeping team does a superb job - Butler team also was very helpful around the clock, especially Julia. Versatile and really helpful. This aspect really allows Raffles Warsaw to stand out. Martyna, Oliwier, Szymon, Maciej and Nazari were also really helpful. - Overall, exceptional and very high quality property, tremendous experience -Concierge Bartek and Lucas both being very helpful and outstanding

I'm home and still dreaming of the Raffles Europejski Hotel. I've stayed in hotels all over the world, and this one might be my favorite. The details, the design, the staff, the spa, the art, the caramels, the bar, the bedding. I could go on. Also the breakfast experience is incredible, and its staff went overboard to ensure I enjoyed everything exactly as I desired each morning. Everyone at the hotel was wonderful in a natural, authentic way. Dawid was especially helpful and welcoming, advising me upon arrival where to go, what to do, and where to eat. Overall, the experience felt old world glamorous. It was perfect.
