There nothing like the Raffles Istanbul. I’ve been coming to the city for last 6 years and Raffles Istanbul has been my home. They beat my expectations each time, lovely team, lovely hotel that makes you feel like family. We also had couple of family stays and these have been our best holidays of all times. Special thanks to Kadir, Mete, deniz , Mustafa (butler) , Ali (isokyo) ++++++ Love you all !

Perfect Experience for Our Group Trip

We were a big group traveling together and ended up booking 8 rooms at the hotel. From the very beginning, Nafiseh was absolutely amazing. She was super helpful, always patient, and made sure everything went smoothly for us. No matter what time it was — day or night — she was always available to answer our questions or help us out with anything we needed. Having someone like her around really made a big difference and made our whole stay much easier and more enjoyable. Thank you so much, Nafiseh!

We came to Raffles Istanbul for tea time and had a truly wonderful experience. The service was exceptional, and the tea selection was impressive. The pastries and treats were beautifully prepared with great attention to detail, and the presentation was absolutely stunning. Thanks to the kindness and hospitality of Ms. Gülben and Mr. Tevfik, we had a lovely and memorable afternoon.

5-Star Concierge, otherwise a 4-star hotel and not worth the price-

PROSs; I stayed in a room with Bosphorus view. Nice view. Best thing about the hotel was its Concierge. Amazing guys who went beyond to help out- CONS; Location is far from city center- Also not much around it other than a small mall. So unless you have business close by, I would not recommend staying here. Housekeeping was slow- Breakfast was aweful. Rooms are run down. Bathroom door not closing etc. Terrace door was broken. They came to fix it and it took them 30 min of loud work but I was never offered to have my room changed.
