Great location and nice clean rooms. The bed was very comfortable. The staff are excellent especially housekeeper Tai. A couple of small negatives, the fridge is not very cold and is not adjustable. And I don't like the window blind. Nets and curtains would be better for privacy and keeping the light out.

It was a very comfortable stay here. Everything about my experience was absolutely amazing. Thank you to all the staff member especially Ms. Ploy for her kindness! Also the maid who clean my room everyday she did a great job. Thank you so soooo much Ibis styles!

Normally good, but a little disappointed this time

I stay at the ibis Styles Bangkok Sukhumvit 4 quite frequently and am normally quite happy with my stay. However, on this occasion I was a little disappointed with one aspect of their service. The hotel run a regular complimentary shuttle bus service to drop hotel guests close to the nearby Nana BTS (Skyway) station. It runs in a loop from the hotel, along soi 6 and then back to the hotel; a journey which takes less than 10 minutes. Due to a recent minor injury I have difficulty walking long distances. I was on my way back to the hotel along with another guest, and on my arrival at Nana Skytrain station I telephoned the hotel at 4:55pm to ask if the 5pm shuttle bus could come to pick us up at it's normal drop-off point. I was told that the bus that was due to leave at 5pm would not be running because there were no guests waiting at the hotel to use it for that departure. I'm not sure why the bus driver couldn't have been asked to do the run to pick up my friend and I, but apparently this was quite impossible. I'm a Accor ALL Gold level member and I remember a letter placed in my room on arrival saying that I shouldn't hesitate to ask if anything could be done to make my stay more comfortable. It appears that the hotel is not prepared to do much to fulfil that offer.

Streats Restaurant

Ibis Styles Bangkok Sukhumvit 4 is a very clean affordable accommodating hotel. On a daily basis I eat breakfast at Streats Restaurant on the 6th floor . The food is very good and the staff is incredible! A young lady , Jubjang , is especially hard working and kind . There is never a moment when Jubjang is not upgrading the food options and/or cleaning the property . I want say special thanks to Jubjang for her hard work .

Absolutely incredible service! The managers Jacky and Pop make my stay each time more memorable! I book this hotel over and over because of them!!! (Also great location) and I want to say a special thank you to Kra-Tae she absolutely took care of everything for me for my house cleaning needs. She was such a joy to see every morning!!! Thank you! I will be back soon! Highly recommend anyone visiting Bangkok! 10/10 ⭐️
