I travel regularly to Dubai. This is by far my most preferred hotel. It is quiet, new and spotlessly clean. The rooms are large and tastefully furnished. There is also a window which can be opened - rare for the region. It’s lovely to get some fresh air in the cooler months. There is a large rooftop pool with panoramic views. Close to the airport with a metro station in walking distance.

Amazing stay and great staff. My satisfaction was mainly driven by the treatment I received from the duty manager at the reception given with professionalism and great hospitality. For sure I would come back to the hotel. Thanks to the rest of the reception staff as well.

I had a wonderful stay at Grand Mercure Dubai City, the roof top pool is amazing and view is very nice. Breakfast in walima restaurant is totally great 😊 thank you San for your service & kindness. I highly recommend to anyone staying at the hotel. Thank you 😊

The best experience ever. I live in dubai and usually spend weekends in hotels using their facilities. Their infinity pool at the roof is a worth with a perfect view of the airport. Rooms are pretty and gives aesthetic middle eastern vibes. I would also like to appreciate Receptionist Hritika who had been kind and professional during my entire stay and took care of my needs. Great experience overall. Recommended

i came to attend the atm event hotel was extremely helpful and good will recommended reception was very helpful and good service was quick and good tha k you very nuch grand mercure dubai city hotwl will come again to stay next year same room i need lol
