Lovely check-in experience, rooms ready on arrival. The porter through to all of the reetaurant team are very attentative and extremely helpful, especially the porter, always wanting to help us have the best stay. The breakfast haa a variety of options but as with majority of Hotels now, Barista coffee is hard to come by and I am not a fan of the machine coffee - but I am a coffee connoisseur of taste. When we asked for it, the team went downstairs and made one - very much appreciated, which we showed in our thanks and a tip. We opted for no housekeeping service, but obtaining fresh towels and water is no problem. There are two pools, the adult pool on the 5th level is nice with the kids pool and water park on the ground level. We will return to the Mercure here, as our stay was comfortable and access to shopping and stalls is within 5 minutes walking, great location. 😊😊

One of the best hotel we ever experienced in Thailand during our business meeting. Staff attendant specifically name Sopj. He is very accommodating and helpful. He is friendly and joyful. Just look for him and he will definitely and surely assist you in all your needs.

酒店位置不错，步行可达 Central Marina 和 Terminal 21，酒店大门对面就是 711，生活便利。但房间景观比较普通，离海较远，海景被前方大楼遮挡太多，因此缺少震撼点。入住时遇到房间清洁不到位的问题，冰箱漏水、地板有垃圾、墙面和床头都不够干净，最后通过换房来解决问题，影响了初步的入住体验。此外，G层的小型水乐园设施对小朋友来说很有吸引力，但关闭时间偏早，稍显可惜。整体体验中规中矩，有待提升。

We always stay at the Ibis Hotel, which is a few meters away, but this time we decided to pay a little more and go to the Mercure. I felt very loved here right at the reception. Simon, who welcomed us with a smile, announced that they had upgraded our room and that as Accor members we were invited to have a drink at the lobby bar. In the room we found a fruit basket and a minibar with cold drinks at no extra charge, which they made sure to fill every day. On the last day, they also offered us a late check-out until 5 pm. We really liked the room with the balcony and the view of Pattaya Bay. The breakfast was excellent and the gym, where I found everything I needed for my daily workout, had everything I needed. I felt very loved here and I already miss going back.
