Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Besonders zuvorkommend waren Khom und Dew. Die Küchenhilfen könnten jedoch etwas freundlicher sein. Das Schönste im Hotel sind die Eingangshalle und die Poollandschaft. Es konnten mehr Sonnenliegen und Sonnenschirme vorhanden sein

Es ist ein großes, aber sehr schönes Hotel. Bei allen Themen hat uns die Rezeption, insbesondere Jen und Au geholfen. Die Zimmer sind groß und perfekt klimatisiert. Das Hotel liegt fussläufig zum Zentrum von Patong, aber weit genug entfernt vom schlimmsten Trubel

Beim Frühstück erwarte ich FRISCH GEPRESSTE Säfte, Dunkle frische Brotsorten fehlen auch! Nur 3 unspektakuläre Konfitüren in Riesenglas…..!!! Rundherum ein klebriges Geschmier!!! Grauenhaft , unappetitlich!! BUTTER NICHT GEKÜHLT !!!!! Poolanlage mit schönen echten Pflanzen bringen dann noch etwas Ferienstimmung auf, nach dem Bahnhofsfrühstück…..😱

Personal absolut freundlich, speziell Raya die uns an der Rezeption alle Wünsche erfüllte. Hotel sehr sauber, Pool gepflegt. Frühstücksbuffet ist für jeden was dabei! Lage zur Ausgehmeile sehr gut und kurz und im Hotel hört man nichts von aussen. Im Hotel befindet sich auch ein kleiner Shop. Im eigenen Café erhält man Lavazza Cafe, was wir als Stammgäste in Thailand sehr beeindruckend fanden.
