The hotel located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood, very nice staff, spacious room and comfy bed. Mini fridge and coffee machine, daily room cleaning. No wondow in the room but an electric window in the ceiling. Really nice idea. Air conditioned and great water flow, new room. Really enjoyed every moment.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and it felt like a home from home but not this time. The staff have all changed, not nearly so friendly as before, and I was not given the slippers or welcome cookie I usually receive as a Silver Member of the All Accor loyalty scheme. When I asked at reception, the man was not at all involved and just said maybe it is for Gold members. He did not bother to check with his colleagues, just sent me on my way. Then when I asked for my welcome drink, another member of staff was so busy on his computer he was pretty abrupt and said 'the bar is closed' - and with much huffing and puffing took me there and didn't even offer me a glass for my soft drink, leaving me in the dark. I will not be back. I did say something to the manager at check out but I am not holding my breath. So very disappointed.

Great hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and had everything we needed, only thing that could be improved is the mattresses on the beds. They were very soft and being a bit older now more support would have been more comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, one of the nicest we've had in a good while. Location was very good, within walking distance of many attractions but also close to several tube stations if you don't want to walk. There was a little road noise in the room with the window open, but hard to avoid when you are staying in the centre of London.

Good location and room does the job. Comfy bed. Blinds not so great. Clear with black stripes and you have to line up the stripes to stop the light coming through although it's not a very good idea. Light still gets through. Does the job though.
