Nice hotel, few corners cut. Excellent breakfast

Visited with MIL as its in a good location for the West End. The hotel was nothing super special but up to standard. The room and bathroom were both a good size. Our bathroom had a bath with shower over bath. Plenty of space. 1 downside for us was that the toilet roll was the opposite side of the room to the toilet (fine if you have reasonably long arms but for me and my short 5'2 it was a stretch 😂) lovely toiletries including conditioner (which seems rare in hotels these days) The room itself was fine. Kettle & Nespresso machine with a good selection of teas & coffees (including decaf options) hot chocolate & some biscoff biscuits). Mini fridge had 2 cans of water which was also a nice touch. Huge TV. We had a twin room and the downside was that the beds rolled (everytime one of us got in the bed it moved) we got use to this but it wasn't ideal. Plenty of towels and extra pillows in the wardrobe which some robes (also a nice surprise) We didn't initially opt for breakfast but added it on when we arrived and I'm pleased we did! The breakfast selection was extentive including cereals, nuts, different breads, rolls, pastries, waffles, doughnuts (literally everything!) hot breakfast including some 'cook to order options) and an extensive cold option including several cheeses, cold meats, smoked salmon etc. Well worth the stay, would happy return for our next West end show. Location was perfect for the West end, Covent gardens & a 2 minute walk from Russell Square station

I'm currently staying at this hotel. One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in London! It's old... very old. The rooms don't smell very good. The service is bad... very bad. When I arrived I had the pleasure of meeting a person at reception who barely knows how to say hello, and who obviously doesn't know "please" and "thank you". I asked for a change of room because the room I was given had 2 single beds (my mistake at the time of booking); I was finally given a room with a double bed... but overlooking the busy street, and the room is not soundproofed.... I feel like I'm sleeping on the sidewalk. I went to buy some earplugs, otherwise I couldn't sleep. They were also supposed to bring me a coffee machine... but nothing! Not surprising... but disappointing, just like my experience here......

Not worth the money

Strangest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. Stayed with a friend but we were put in completely different parts of the hotel. Decent sized room, nice decor but no window unless you count a little one on the ceiling. Very claustrophobic. Large stain on carpet. Nowhere to plug kettle on its little tray so had to move it next to mirror to find a socket. “Minibar” with a key with 4 sachets of milk in it. Tiny shower room. Breakfast was okay but no jugs for milk. Bar was soulless. Took 20minutes to get invoice for breakfast, need to sort out their IT system. Wouldn’t return.

Like a university dorm room

Misleading from the website. Looks like a university dorm room. Do not recommend. Good location I suppose but looks nothing like the photos on line and there are strange smells in the hallways. We moved rooms and neither were good. The staff was friendly though. Really disappointing for an Accor property

Lovely stay location very convenient for train stations and Covent Garden so central. Rooms very clean, windows opened, beds very comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful especially Jason and Magdalena both very professional and efficient
