I stayed at this hotel last week while in the city for work, and overall, it delivered a very solid experience. The room was spacious, modern, and impressively quiet - a rare combination in central London (though it was a bank holiday). The design was fresh and functional, striking a good balance between comfort and style. One standout was in the in-room sustainability touches, including glass refillable water bottles, which I appreciated. Always encouraging to see hotels do their bit for the environment! There were also Nespresso capsules in the room which is a nice touch. The hotel scores high for location. Well situated for access to the city and good transport links. Facilities wise, there’s a gym though this is quite small and has limited equipment. There is also a steam room and sauna. Staff were friendly and welcoming during my stay too. Overall, the hotel is a modern, comfortable, and reliable choice so long as you get it at a good price.

We have stayed here twice, and in our opinion, there is no better hotel in London. It has a great lobby, nice rooms, and a parking lot. Most importantly, the staff is super friendly. The best experience we had, though, was after our stay! On our last visit, we left our digital camera in the room. Housekeeping found it and stored it. After contacting the hotel, Alesia and Tim arranged for the camera to be picked up by courier the next business day. Many thanks!

Disappointed Gold Member Experience

As a Gold member of this hotel group, I expected a higher level of service. Unfortunately, my recent stay has been nothing short of frustrating. Two weeks ago, I was charged twice for a one-night stay — and I have two invoices from the hotel to prove it. Since then, I’ve spent over a week trying to resolve the issue. Despite multiple calls to both customer services and the hotel reception, no one has followed up or returned my messages. It’s incredibly disappointing to be left in the dark, especially given my loyalty status. To make matters worse, my Gold account has not been credited with the points or the night’s stay, which only adds to the sense of being ignored. At this point, I’ll have to dispute the charge with my credit card provider — something no guest should have to resort to. Sadly, this experience has left me reconsidering my future stays with this hotel group.

First time in London. We had such a great experience here. The afternoon tea was excellent. Me and my dad really enjoyed it along with some pizza. Tom gave such excellent service. He was very attentive and made us feel welcome. He even helped us navigate back to the train. Thank you so much to him and everyone there for great service.
