The TV in the room was broken it was around £350 for the cheapest twin room for one night in this hotel on the night we went and the fire alarm went off for while in the evening with no one explaining what was going on, there was only wooden utensils available for in the room, they only gave us one free drink as "compensation" they couldn't be bothered to try to fix the TV or move our room to one with a working tv, the shower wasn't great it wasn't very powerful at all so not great if you don't have a lot of time and the staff seemed uninterested in helping customers

Just one night it's useful and enough. The room was clean but the smell of cigarettes was not pleasant. Receptionist and staff very polite and helpful. I didn't ask for a new room because. I arrived at 1 am and I left the hotel at 630 am. Just a shower and a nap for a full day job. The area is new and busy.

Positives: easy to find, close to Stratford station. Easy if brisk check in. Very clean room, no issues with housekeeping at all. Negatives: bed mattress was too thin (for me) so not particularly comfortable. Right next to busy road as others have said. We had to keep the window open as couldn’t cool the room down any other way. Slept with ear plugs but not effective against the noise. So although the hotel itself was fine, I wouldn’t stay here again as I had a very poor nights sleep.

The room was clean, very quiet place and affordable to stayed . The hotel was closed to the shopping centre. I will recommend my friends and family to stay in your hotel in future. The hotel was always clean, Chang bedsprea. What a good hotel.👍🏾

A Comfortable Base for Exploring London

The hotel was easy to find and its excellent location proved incredibly convenient from the moment we arrived. Close to the train station, London Underground, Westfield shopping centre, various other shops, restaurants and even a Morrison's supermarket, it provided easy access to transport and amenities, making it ideal for getting around the city and perfect for business travellers. The surrounding area is quite busy, which adds to the vibrant atmosphere. Upon entering, we received a warm welcome from the staff, who immediately set a positive tone and made us feel at home. The check-in process was remarkably smooth and efficient, handled by staff who were not only friendly and professional, but also showed patience and great communication skills. This high level of customer service continued throughout our stay. Our room was a pleasant surprise - copied from other Ibis hotels, but spacious, clean and clearly well maintained. The beds were comfortable and provided a good night's rest. While we initially found the room a little cold due to the central heating being switched off, the hotel was happy to provide an effective portable electric heater from reception on request. The bathroom was also clean and well equipped with everything needed for a good shower, including towels and toiletries. Throughout the hotel, the standard of cleanliness and hygiene was high, reflecting the diligent work of the staff. Although a small hotel, with the dining area integrated into the reception area, it offered the convenience of being open 24 hours. The staff continued to be helpful, friendly and attentive, providing prompt service whenever required. While the busy location did result in some street noise, the hotel thoughtfully provided complimentary earplugs at reception, which effectively minimised the disturbance. One area of potential concern, however, was the seemingly limited security presence. Overall, despite the minor points regarding heating and noise (both of which were adequately addressed by the hotel) and the security observation, our stay was positive and thoroughly enjoyable. The friendly atmosphere, combined with the excellent service and convenient location, culminated in a smooth check-out process, leaving us with a very good impression of this hotel.
