Fantastic location right next to metro station which is 2 stops away from parliament. There is lidl supermarket next door and new York Cafe is just around the corner. This is one of the best locations you can get for the price and breakfast was good too

Good location, friendly staff and sufficient breakfast. A very negative point is the air conditioning, which was not working when we arrived. I mentioned this to reception and they told me that this was how it was, they had the air conditioning turned off throughout the hotel (on purpose) and that the most they could do would be to unlock the window completely to let in more fresh air. Well, this situation, combined with the fact that the bed did not have a top sheet, made sleeping difficult due to the difficult temperature regulation. Please review this point as it makes no sense at all!

Great central hotel

We stayed for 3 nights in this lovely hotel. The rooms were very clean & comfortable. The only downside was it was far too hot in the rooms, I slept with the window open as it was stifling and I could figure out the air con. Also a kettle in the room would have been welcomed. I know there is a coffee machine in reception but I didn't want to keep going up and down just to get a drink. All in all a great hotel and would stay again. Reception staff were very helpful.

Very small room and bathroom with no drawers to place clothes only two accessible tiny shelves. No place to store luggage, very small area to hang clothes. One type of liquid soap for hands, hair and body, so bring your own. No coffeemaker or hotpot in room and no coffee in lobby, only paid coffee machine. Clean with somewhat comfortable bed. Decent hot breakfast (scrambled eggs, meats, cheeses, cold salad and various breads). Very close to metro and buses (3 minutes walk).
