The hotel is aged. The towels are literally grey colour. What disappointed me most. I left “ do not disturb “ sign when leaving for meeting. I put my daily supplements by order and clothes to be ready quickly for another meeting. Everything was moved when I came and there was housecleaning instead of my instructions not to enter. I tried to call reception as I was absolutely frustrated. The phone did not work. I went down the reception and complained. They said they will check how it could happen. But no one even bothered to apologise, or call and simply to check on me. Shameful for 5star hotel with such chain. My last stay here.

Great staff all around. Matress is worn out. Time for a new one. Place is clean. Funkey shower controls. That is all I have to say.. may not get to 200 charackters . Good God almighty please accept this review. What more do you want from me? 123456

Reliable 5 star service. One of the top hotels in Lisbon. Great situation and location. Breakfast good. Cafe in hotel very nice. Fitness suite well maintained. Room service and housekeeping staff always happy to help, did a nice job. I must not forget front desk, porters, waiters and waitresses. I hope I’ve remembered everyone. I stayed a week. Looking forward to my return for a day in early June.

I gave this hotel Five Stars, because it has the best location. I tend to stay at high end Accor and Marriott properties. Stayed here for business. Staff was very warm and accommodating. Check in was smooth even for an early time at noon. Checkout was quick and efficient even at 3am. Room is a bit dated but clean and bed was super comfortable. WiFi was good and fast. TV had numerous English, Portuguese, French and other stations. One negative is the breakfast area. It can be very crowded especially with large tour groups descending upon it at once. When that occurs staff can be overwhelmed.

European sophistication with Portuguese warmth. First rate service. Friendly, attentive staff. So memorable [e.g., a superbly helpful porter, Andre S] that we returned several years later! Great location that is convenient to major sites, transportation, We also see the hotel's commitment to "green values" with minimal use of plastics. We recommend this hotel without hesitation.
