I love this place and the bed is very nice and the restaurant has a lot of choices. Reception has very nice and direct approach. We really loved being in this hotel and we will make sure we continue coming back every time we can. One of the best places we have ever been. Erald is very good in his job

Outdated and in poor condition

We chose this hotel to proximity to friends in the west end. The lobby is fine. The lobby bar feels a bit dated. It’s the rooms that need attention. Not only are they outdated but our had several issues. The toilet wouldn’t flush, the safe was out of batteries, the hand soap and body wash were empty and only decaf coffee in the supplies. For the price you pay I expected better conditions. The staff addressed all the issues promptly which was great but they shouldn’t have been issues to begin with. When a hotel lets large pump bottles go completely empty you know the room is not getting the attention it needs to be maintained. Also it was communicated as a double pullout couch but was really two singles which would not be good for a couple. I wouldn’t stay here again.

This hotel is quite big with many rooms and conference suites. From the outside it looks nice. However even from check in the usual Novotel standards were not present. No welcome, no acknowledgement of status. However a separate breakfast room for status in same dining room strange. Wasn't given a lot of information at check in not even where the lifts were. Breakfast some of the items were cold the first morning (hash brown), Then I had problems to have the mini bar restocked having asked three times for this to happen. The second day had a large function which went into the night. That's when the riot police arrived and the noise I could hear from the fifth floor. I was told the wrong time from checking out by a staff member and the lady on reception when settling the bill did not explain things well at all. The bar staff gave the best service. Not the best experience I have had- disappointing.

It was fantastic experience,, from the checking in to room allocation.. really nice and great hospitality from Alex and Ashish. Appreciation for the wonderful experience and service. Food is good. Location is perfect with good public transportation... 20 mins to Heathrow. Thank you.

Alex has been fabulous! Since we came has been with professional manners and happy smile .beautiful location and very quick to station Fantastic service! Bar and food are fantastic. Location is in west Kensington and front desk are absolutely magical. I’ll comeback here
